The client pays no fee unless there is a recovery made on his or her behalf, and any fee collected is a percentage of the recovery. Likewise, the client pays no costs except in cases where a recovery is made. Attorneys with whom Johnson Firm associate do not require an additional fee, as clients pay one contingency fee that is divided among participating attorneys.
