Vinita’s practice has focused on assisting clients in pursuing claims related to defective devices, dangerous drugs, and product liability. She also handles motor vehicle accident claims for Linville Johnson.
Vinita joined Linville Johnson in November 2019 and represents clients in product liability and personal injury matters. She primarily focuses on the Talcum Powder litigation, the Zantac Litigation, and the Valsartan litigation. She also handles motor vehicle accident claims. Vinita is currently admitted in the State Bar of Georgia, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the U.S District Court for the District of New Jersey (for the Talcum Powder MDL and the Valsartan MDL). Before joining Linville Johnson, Vinita attended the University of Georgia for her undergraduate degree and received her Juris Doctorate from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. While in law school, she interned for Hon. Kimberley Esmond-Adams at the Fulton County Superior Court and Supervisory Administrative Judge Alison Smith-Lynn at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
